UPDATE: 9:47am – Sonic’s network engineers were able to implement a fix which should resolve this issue. If you are still experiencing network connectivity issues please reboot your fiber optic ONT and let us know if the issues persist.
8:45am – After this morning’s maintenance we have become aware of an issue that is causing intermittent connectivity for our users. We are currently working with our vendor Sonic to resolve this issue but unfortunately we do not have an ETR at this time.
