Login to the portal at https://ess.barracudanetworks.com using the email address associated with your SpamGauntlet account. If this is your first time using this portal, or do not know your password, click “Forgot password” and you will get an email with a link to reset your password.
You will see a list of emails that have been quarantined. You can click on a message to see a preview of the message content. If you see a message you want, click the check box to the left, and then the Deliver icon above the list.
You can whitelist an address so any future emails from this sender will not be flagged as spam. To do this, click Settings on the left, then Sender Policy. Enter the email and choose “exempt” in the Policy column, then click the Add button.
Also under Settings you can adjust the quarantine report schedule under “Quarantine Notification” By default, quarantine reports are sent out once a week. You can choose which days you want, or disable the emailed reports entirely.
