Some of out Phiber customers are experiencing no internet since about 6am today. This issue is related to the equipment in the central office and should possibly be resolved by 2am on 8/16 or sooner. If you still lack internet after that time, try unplugging the power cord from the back of your Phiber modem for about 5 second then plug it back in and wait about 5 minutes.
Update 2:45pm: Service has been restored. Powercycle your Phiber modem if you’re still unable to get service.
