UPDATE: 10:35AM – The failing equipment has been replaced and service should now be restored.

We have dispatched a technician to investigate an equipment failure that is impacting some of our customers being served out of the Oakland Central Office.

We don’t have an estimated time of repair as of yet, but will provide updates as we receive them.
