To setup a dial-up account under Windows Vista…

1) Start Menu -> Control Panel
2) Open the Network and Sharing Center
3) On the left side, under “Tasks”, click “Set up a connection or Network”
4) Choose the option “Connect to the Internet”
5) When asked how you want to connect, choose “Dial-up”
6) Type in your dialup access number, user name, and password. You can give the connection a name if you wish, such as “LMi Dial-up connection”
